This section of the plant features the ATU / OGTU (Acid Gas Treating Unit / Off-Gas Treating Unit), a critical node for the processing and management of process gases within the broader industrial complex. The 3D model showcases a highly integrated system specifically designed for gas stream treatment through vertical vessels, distillation columns, and dedicated process skids.

  • Advanced Structural Integration: The multi-level steel framework is engineered to support heavy process equipment at height, ensuring a functional distribution of operations while optimizing the footprint and fluid pathways.
  • Complex Piping Networks: The intricate piping system is developed to safely handle critical flows, ensuring the precise conveyance and treatment of acid gases and off-gases. Interconnected pipe racks provide clear separation of lines and seamless integration with other plant units, including cooling systems.
  • Operational Safety & Accessibility: Every element, from elevated platforms to walkways, is designed to provide secure access for operators. The layout is optimized for maintenance efficiency, adhering to the highest international safety standards for hazardous gas environments.
  • Digital Twin & Constructability: Through advanced 3D piping modeling and multi-disciplinary coordination, the ATU/OGTU area is developed as a coherent, collision-free system. This approach significantly enhances constructability and operational reliability while reducing field interference during the assembly phase.
