Project Overview:

This project involved the detailed 3D modeling of a desalination module for an FPSO unit. Starting from the client’s process documentation, we developed a fabrication-ready model designed to support the assembly of all structural and piping components.

Key Technical Features:

Detail Engineering Execution: We translated the client’s preliminary designs into a final 3D model, specifically developed to guide the fabrication and construction of each individual element.

Layout Optimization: We executed the 3D layout of the treatment equipment within the compact footprint of The FPSO, strictly adhering to the spatial constraints provided by the client.

Fabrication-Ready Modeling: Every pipe, support, and connection was modeled with high precision to ensure that the physical module could be manufactured and assembled without on-site modifications.

By delivering a high-precision digital model based on the client’s engineering, we provide a reliable blueprint for construction. Our role is to ensure that every technical detail specified by the customer is perfectly translated into a ready-to-build 3D environment.
