The project involved the upgrade and modernization of existing structures and process skids, including the associated piping systems, within the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field.
Located in the West Kazakhstan region and covering an area of more than 280 km², the Karachaganak field is one of the largest oil and gas condensate fields in the world. Discovered in 1979, the field entered its pilot development phase in 1984 and has since become a key strategic asset for energy production and processing in the region.
The scope of work focused on the updating and integration of structural components, process skids, and connected piping systems to support operational efficiency, system reliability, and ongoing plant development activities. The project included the coordination and modeling of the related piping infrastructure to ensure compatibility with the existing facilities and compliance with project technical requirements.
